We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. You can contact us at email@example.com if you have any problems with your order and
you can always contact us for any return question at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
All orders are sent via United States Postal Service within 3-7 days of purchase.
For international orders outside of the united states:
All international orders are sent via United States Postal Service. International orders tend to take anywhere from 5- 50 days (1-6 weeks) depending on the location and individual countries customs laws. Heart-Centered Thoughts is not responsible for any orders held up in customs. Heart-Centered Thoughts does not issue any refunds inside of this time period, only if an order has not arrived after this time period or if the buyer and myself agree to a refund inside that time period.
Heart-Centered Thoughts is not responsible for lost orders, orders held up in customs, orders that have been labeled "attempted delivery", import fees, tariffs, stolen items, undelivered items, duty fees, or taxes in regards to your shipment. etc. If an order has yet to arrive or it states that it attempted a delivery, I ask that you please IMMEDIATELY contact or visit your local post office first with the details and tracking in regards to your order especially for orders that leave the United States. Please check the rules and regulations in regards to your country before ordering from me.
Prices and shipping fees do not include brokerage fees, import and customs duties, Value Added Taxes (“VAT”), tariffs, and other fees that may be levied by the destination country, all of which are the responsibility of the purchaser. All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Orders placed from the UK and Canada, etc. may have custom fees applied. Please note the paragraphs above in regards to custom/duty fees being the responsibility of the purchaser
In regards to missing items, items not delivered, etc. you are able to file an insurance claim on USPS.com after 16 days to possible receive compensation for your order. Heart-Centered Thoughts can not guarantee compensation.
Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
In the small chance that the wrong items are sent, please contact email@example.com and if still in stock the original items ordered will be resent free of charge. if the original items are not still in stock then a full refund will be issued, shipping charges included.
